Fundraising is vital to Youth Council's survival. A lot of our
community service projects and social & recreation expenses comes out of the
money we raise. In the past, we have participated in a variety of
projects, from the ordinary to the extravagant, including yard sales, bake
sales, canning, car washes, work at Great Adventure, Tricky Tray, and a host of
other great projects. Fundraising may seem unexciting, but the
fundraising techniques and the leadership skills of our Executive Board members
will ensure that you have fun while working. Doing a car wash with
your best friends, or even going alone and making new ones, will undoubtedly be
an enjoyable experience. Plus, you earn community service hours
while you fundraise!
